KoloToure has been fascinated by what two of his former teams namely Liverpool and Manchester City have done in the Premier League over the past few seasons as he described them as unbelievable. The Leicester City coach talked about the two teams in a chat with the Manchester City website as he previewed the latest Premier League clash between the two teams last month.

When asked about the game, KoloToure said that the rivalry between Liverpool and Manchester City has become one of the most fascinating rivalries in the history of the Premier League.

KoloToure is one of the players who have featured for both Liverpool and Manchester City in the Premier League era. He played 103 games for Manchester City during a four-year period from 2009 to 2013 as he helped the club win the FA Cup title and the Premier League title. Toure moved to Liverpool on a free transfer after his City contract expired and he went on to spend three more years at Liverpool before signing for Celtic. KoloToure spent the last year of his professional football career at Scottish giants Celtic before taking up a coaching role at the club while Brendan Rodgers was the manager. He played under Rodgers at Liverpool and Celtic. The Ivorian followed Rodgers from Celtic to Leicester City when the Foxes made the Northern Irishman their new manager.
On Manchester City and Liverpool, Toure said that the two teams have shown that there are different ways to win games before adding that most important thing is to master one's style of play and get the best from the players while at it. According to him, Liverpool and Manchester City have been able to do this thus making the Premier League unbelievable.
